Patek Philippe Rare Nautilus 3712/1A-001

A Very Rare Stainless Steel Nautilus Wristwatch by Patek Philippe. Featuring a black-grey dial with applied hour markers, small seconds, date and moon phase display as well as a power reserve indicator.

Fitted with a sapphire glass, an exhibition caseback and an automatic movement. The watch also comes with a stainless steel bracelet equipped with a concealed stainless steel double deployant clasp.

This timepiece is in excellent condition, comes complete with a Patek Philippe box, pusher and Papers dated December 2005.

NB: This particular model, the 3712/1A, was only produced for a very short period of time believed to be approximately a year between 2005 and 2006, before Patek released the 5712/1A. It's estimated anywhere from 700 to 900 pieces were made with there being both a 1st series and 2nd series edition. The two series are told apart by the number of red dots present on the power reserve indicator. A 1st series has 3 dots while a 2nd series piece has 4 dots. The photos of the watch show we have a 2nd series, 4 dot piece.
