Rolex Deepsea Sea-Dweller Steel 126660
Rolex Unworn Deepsea Sea-Dweller Gents Stainless Steel D-Blue Dial B&P 126660
N.B. This special D-Blue Edition was introduced to commemorate film director James Cameron's one-man solo dive into the Mariana Trench in 2012 – the deepest point in the world. One of the most prominent features of the Rolex Deepsea D-Blue is the colour gradient on the dial of the watch – gradually turning from rich blue to black, symbolic of Cameron’s dive into the unknown. In order to handle the pressures of the ocean, this timepiece is supported by the Ringlock system which ensures it is pressure-resistant to 3,900 meters/ 12,800 feet and with a special Rolex patented helium escape valve that is fitted with a spring to allow the gas to escape quickly without compromising the timekeeping and water resistance of the watch.
