A Swiss, Gold Keyless Lever Minute Repeater Calendar Chronograph Hunter Pocket Watch, C1890s.

Dial: The white enamel dial with Roman numerals outer minute track and tachymetric track. The subdials for the date at twelve o'clock, day at nine o'clock, the month at three o'clock, moon phase and subsidiary seconds at six o'clock. The original blued steel moon hands with blued steel hands for the other sub dials.

Case: The 18ct yellow gold full hunter case with plain front and back covers opening to reveal an inner plain cover. The cases are all Swiss hallmarked and numbered.

Movement: The Swiss keyless lever jewelled movement with compensation balance, Breguet overcoil hairspring with the exposed chronograph mechanism on the backplate. The hammers and gongs are also visible.

The watch is a fine example of Swiss workmanship. The chimes ring clearly when the repeater is activated. It would make a fine addition to one's collection.
