MJ Pack Bombay rare 18ct yellow gold highly engraved open face barometer pocket watch, C1890.

Dial: The Gold Roman with sub second dial and raised floral centre and floral decoration to the outer edge of the dial. The rest of the dial is for the barometer function stating French Watch Barometer Patent Made.

Case: A very ornately engraved 18ct yellow gold case in pristine like new condition with vacant shield to the back of the case. The case opens to reveal the complex Barometer mechanism. The case is fully Swiss Hallmarked and numbered.

Movement: A fully jewelled Swiss Keyless lever movement with the Aneroid barometer mechanism sitting on top of the movement.

This watch was retailed in India by MJ Pack Bombay. It is very rare to find a combination of a pocket watch and a barometer together and in such excellent condition. It would make a stunning addition to any collection.
