A Rare 18k White Gold Power Reserve Nautilus Gents Wristwatch, blue dial with applied hour markers, small seconds between 4 and 5 0'clock, date and moonphase between 6 and 8 0'clock, power reserve indicator between 10 and 11 0'clock, a fixed 18k white gold bezel set with approximately 32 baguette cut diamonds, an original dark blue leather strap with an original 18k white gold double deployant clasp, sapphire glass, exhibition back, in excellent condition, comes complete with a Patek Philippe box and papers dated March 2010.
