A yellow gold Ellipse by Patek Philippe. Featuring an ivory cream dial with baton hour markers and a fixed yellow gold bezel. Equipped with a Patek Philippe black leather strap and an original yellow gold pin buckle. The watch is further fitted with a sapphire crystal and a self-winding automatic movement.

In excellent condition, the piece comes with our own presentation box and papers dated March 1986.
