A Very Rare Vintage Stripped Gold Rolex Prince Brancard watch. The Brancard case (ref. 971A) measures 25 x 42 mm, is signed R.W.C.Ltd. (Rolex Watch Company Limited) and is 18K Gold hallmarked 1930. The Rolex Extra Prima movement is Observatory quality with 15 Rubies, timed to 6 positions with it s original dust cover. The Original silvereddial has Arabic numerals with a large subsidiary seconds dial. The dial is signed Rolex Prince above the centre and the retailer s name Dobbies Ltd Nairobi is signed above the6 0\'clock.The Rolex Prince with the two dials is often referred to as a doctors watch or duo-dial . The large seconds dial enabling the wearer to time beats, etc more accurately.This is a very fine and early example of the Rolex Stripped Prince. The Brancard case which is flared and curved is in wonderful condition. This watch is real must-have for any watch enthusiast!
