A Rare Stainless Steel Oyster Perpetual \'Blackout\' Explorer I Gents Wristwatch, black dial with applied 3, 6 and 9 black arabic numbers and white index batons, a stainless steel fixedsmooth bezel,a brushed stainless steel oyster bracelet with a brushed stainless steel deployant clasp,sapphire glass,automatic movement, in excellent condition,comes complete with both of the original swing tags, a Rolex box and PunchedPapers dated June 1991.N.B This timepiece is a rare and exceptional addition to any watch collection, the \'Blackout\' dial with black 3, 6 and 9 arabic numbers instead of white; was produced for a very brief period of the early 90s and usually only found on E serials and X serials. This is one of the first ones we have in for over five years; this particular model was purchased from the first and only owner, as you can see it has been kept in excellent condition.
