Rolex Stainless Steel O/P Cream Dial Cosmograph Daytona B&P 116520

A Stainless Steel Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona Gents Wristwatch, rare cream dial with applied hour markers, 30 minute recorder at 3 0\'clock, small seconds at 6 0\'clock, 12 hour recorder at 9 0\'clock, a stainless steel fixed tachymetre bezel, a brushed and polished stainless steel oyster bracelet with a brushed and polished stainless steel oysterlock deployant clasp, sapphire glass, automatic movement, in excellent condition - both original swing tags still attached,comes complete with a Rolex box and Punched Papers dated May 2003. N.B. The reason as to why this dial is cream can be attributed to a reaction that takes place, which turns the dial from white to cream. This happens when a thin layer of condensation forms on the surface of the dial because of sudden temperature changes etc. When this thin layer of condensation is exposed to UV rays (sunlight etc), for long periods of time it oxidises the dial and causes the colour change. This is an exceptionally rare event and has only been seen on very few 116520 models.
