A Rare 18k Rose Gold Hour Glass Case Vintage Gents Wristwatch, silver dial with applied index batons, small seconds at 6 0'clock, an 18k rose gold fixed polished bezel, a brand new brownleather strap with a gold plated pin buckle (both not by Vacheron Constantin), plastic faceted glass, manual wind movement, in excellent condition, comes complete with a Vacheron Constantin box and papers dated November 1958.
